While on an overseas trip, I purchased some really pretty necklaces. Unfortunately they were not packaged well so I had to come up with something that added to the gift.
I made these little jewellery boxes to showcase the necklaces and they looked so very cute.
Super easy to make, the boxes measured just 2 and a half inches square.
The first box is predominantly Calypso Coral and the second box is Berry Burst. Of course the featured stamp set is Pretty Kitty. Both images are just coloured with Stampin' Write Markers. A bit of DSP (Daisy Delight and Incolour), some pretty Calypso Coral and Berry Burst ribbon and they are basically done. Full measurements are at the bottom.
I used the Tree Builder punch to punch out the little flowers and added a rhinestone for sparkle.
I made the insert using just a piece of whisper white cardstock, cut and scored to fit inside to display the necklace.
The insert of this one was made using Berry Burst cardstock.
Box - Cut at 4" x 4" and scored at 3/4" all sides.
DSP cut at 3 3/4" x 3 3/4"
Insert - Cut at 3 1/2" x 3". Score long side at 1/2" and 2 1/2" and score the shorter side at 1/2" Fold along score lines. Cut only one side of the tabs and make a small diagonal cut for the chain to sit through.
